Made at the 2024 New York University Summer Filmmaker's Workshop, "The Color of Culture" is an ode to my own cultural identity and the gentrification around me. The film intended to contrast two stories, one of someone gaining their identity, and one of someone slowly losing it. This would be considered my first real short film, and while it's extremely dense and unconventional, I'm proud of how it turned out.
